Sudstem sells laundry tablets, refills, and bamboo paper goods. Prices are in U.S. dollars. The price shown on each product is the price you pay.
Orders
An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. If an item is out of stock or a price was posted by mistake, we email you and refund anything already charged. We may limit quantities. You must be 18 or older to place an order.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and PayPal. The charge uses the sale price plus shipping, if shipping is not free, and any tax that applies to your address. You confirm the total on the checkout page before you pay.
Intellectual property
The sudstem name, the words on these pages, the page layout, and the product photographs are owned by sudstem or used with permission. Buying a product does not transfer any of those rights. You may not copy the pages, photographs, or product descriptions for another store.
Names and marks that appear on a package belong to their own owners. Nothing on this site gives you a right to use those marks.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If you have a problem with an order, email [email protected] first and give us 30 days to resolve it. If we cannot, either of us may bring a claim in a state or federal court in the United States. You may also have rights under the consumer laws of your state, and these terms do not take those away.
Using the products
Follow the directions on the product page and on the pack. Laundry tablets are for machine washing. Paper goods are for household use. You are responsible for using them as directed.
