Where we ship
We ship to street addresses in the United States, including Washington, D.C. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or addresses outside the United States.
What shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more, before tax. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.95. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you place the order. There are no weekend or residential surcharges.
How long it takes
We pack orders within 1 to 2 business days. Transit inside the United States is usually 3 to 7 business days after the order leaves us. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
You get a shipping confirmation with tracking when the carrier picks up the box. Delivery dates on that email are estimates, not a guarantee.
If a package is late
Wait until the last estimated delivery day, then write to [email protected] with your order number. If the carrier marks the package lost, we reship or refund the items that did not arrive.
